Product Description
If you ever have an oxygen analyzer that has not been in use and you are unable to calibrate often you are unsure if it is the sensor or the analyzer or both. The OxyCheq Sensor Simulator is a great tool that allows you to test the range of your potentiometer, check that all the display segments are functioning and if you are able to calibrate your analyzer … without having an oxygen sensor. It is the same instrument we use to test and repair analyzers.
It is very easy to use. Turn the unit on by flipping the switch to the right, connect the appropriate cable to the Sensor Simulator and the other end to the sensor connector. Then, check to see if your analyzer display is working properly and if you can calibrate your analyzer. This will determine if your analyzer is working and if your old sensor requires replacement.
The Sensor Simulator can be used on oxygen analyzers as well as rebreathers.
