Shipping & Returns

All shipping costs unless specified otherwise are charged to the customer.

All shipping is done via UPS or US Postal service for deliveries Monday through Friday. You must place your orders before 12pm CST in order to receive your order on the next day if item is in stock. Orders placed after 12pm CST on Friday, will be processed on the following Monday. This does not apply to items on special order. Shipment time for these items will depend on manufacturer delivery time.

Typical shipping charges are available in the CART window. If however you are not sure what is the most economical method please check off "Best Way" and we will search out the best methods for your order to get to you in the safest and most reliable way. You will be contacted once we have your order totaled up with what your shipping choices will be and what the costs are.

International orders may ship by, UPS Worldwide or US Postal International. Customer is responsible for all import, brokerage, VAT and taxes imposed by their country of import. Any charges that are not paid and reverted back to Cave Adventurers will be charged to the customer at 1.5x the rate imposed. NO EXCEPTION. Orders will not be shipped with an invoice of a lower value.

Delivery to the shipping carrier constitutes full transfer of product from Cave Adventurers to the customer. (That means once a carrier has picked up it is out of our hands and you own it.) Any claims for undelivered or lost packages are to be handled between the customer and the shipping carrier. If you do not have a secure area for delivery please note that at check out and we will require a signature delivery. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% completely satisfied with your products you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less costs of shipping) provided they are unused, have not been immersed in water, are in new condition, with original packaging, cards, manuals etc. There are some exceptions.

To return an item, ship it back to us properly packaged with a copy of the original receipt. Once received it will be inspected, restocked and a credit will be issued in the same manner which it was paid for, less the shipping charge.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We pack our items carefully so as to avoid damage during shipping. However once the package leaves our store it is out of our care, custody, and control. If a package is damaged in transit please notify us, but the responsibility lies with the shipping carrier and you will need to seek remedy from them. We will make every effort to get replacement products to you, but financial arrangements will need to be secured with the carrier. We strongly suggest that large or expensive orders be insured for the full retail value of the order. Please indicate this in the comments section on your order and we will contact you regarding the extra fee for insuring your shipment.
ORDER ERRORS

We strive to ship or orders properly, but since we are a human system mistakes do happen. If your order is not perfect please let us know and we will do what we can to make it right. If you happen to be one of those rare orders where extra items have been shipped to you we would appreciate you letting us know so we can arrange to get it back from you with our thanks.
